View Full Version : Foods with omega 3/6 essential fatty acids
Following the 13 week fat burning guide on here. I could buy some supplements however, as I tend to get very hungry, so I would rather go for some healthy fatty foods as opposed to supplements to "complete" my meal.
So, what kind of foods should I look for here?
Help much appreciated :)

06: walnuts, safflower oil
These are my personal favorite choices.

good sources of fat for a cut:
salmon, almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, peanut butter, evoo, avocado

one of my favorite way to get my almonds in my day is to grind them into a powder and top my cottage cheese/greek yogurt pre-bed meal off with about 1-2 tbsp almond powder! tastes amazing in oatmeal too, but leave some chunks for oats :)

I've been catching lots of news lately about how pacific? sardines have an even higher omega 3 content than salmon. I wonder how you could get i without all of the preservatives. Uggh.
