On a strength routine right now. Goes like this:
1. Deadlift
2. Off
3. Hypertrophy Bench
4. Hypertrophy Squat
5. Off
6. Hypertrophy Military
7. Deadlift
8. DE Bench
9. DE Squat
10. Off
11. Heavy Bench
12. Heavy Squat
13. Off
14. Heavy Military

Seems to be working for strength pretty well so far. Your split looks pretty decent, but I've never liked working arms on their separate day. Especially if you believe in doing compound lifts and minimal isolation. I usually do triceps with chest and biceps with back.

Oh and deadlift would have to be my favorite lift. I like squats, but I hate squats. Deadlift, on the other hand, I am always happy to do. Its my strongest lift too, so that's probably another reason why I like it so much.

good stuff man. I like your variation in lifts. Im in the process of constructing a new routine, more towards all compound lifts as well. Good to see that the first response was in fact what I may be incorporating into my workouts.
