Alright guys big common question but what is the best way to loose that little winter/belly fat i some how attracted to me. ha. Tryin to cut this winter weight outta me and start bulking asap. lemme know

I practice suckin in all the time. LIterally, i suck it in 100% of the time. It is suprising how much smaller your waist will look, after a little while... You start suckin it in without noticing after a few days, trust me...
Thats just my tip.

30 SECOND SPRINT - 1 MIN JOG REPEAT TILL HIT 15 MINS

Agreed. Supersetted with some ab work is even better.
Try klosey's HIIT, or do 30 seconds sprinting and 30 seconds jogging for 10 minutes. Or you can do it on the stairmaster, or, if you think you can really push yourself, try it on the ellitpical. Most ellipticals are too easy though. You should be dying by the end of the HIIT.

Im not fat, but naturally my belly hangs out a little. Not cuz fat, it just does. So i suck it in, and my gut always looks flat...
Granted, i have to agree HIIT cardio is the shiz...

You guys are missing the most important thing....nutrition! Your diet has to be right on if you're going to lose sufficient weight. Yeah, HIIT is going to be great, but it all begins in the kitchen.

It means High Intensity Interval Training... It is basically, balls to the wall cardio activity for 15 seconds, easy cardio for 45... BALLS OUT CARDIO FOR 15!!!! take it easy and slow for 45....
Any kinda cardio will do, running swimming, anything you want, get creative it doesn't matter, as long as its high intensity then low intensity then high then low.
Do it for no more than probably twenty mins, three times a week.
You can youtube it, and you will get a plethora of personal favorite HIIT routines people like to do. Again, any kinda cardio will do.. even resistance training like rowing...
