What are your thoughts?

I knew chromium was good for glucose metabolism. But that is pretty cool if it helps decrease cortisol as well. I tried to find the British study but had no luck. If anyone can find it or shed some light on this topic it would be great.

I did find this study stating that chromium lowered the cortisol response in rats, but I am not sure how relevant it is to us bodybuilders.

I don't know how relevant it is. If you have greens you get a lot of minerals and chromium. So yes it may help, but if you are dieting right you already get plenty.

Keep up with these awesome studies, Cobra Commander!!!
