Check this out (http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0KFY/is_8_20/ai_98539290/pg_1?tag=artBody;col1)
I have heard of carb cycling during cutting, but this was an interesting read on doing it while bulking. I am curious to know other's thoughts/opinions on this.

Like klosey, I would mostly modulate carbs according to physical activity. If you are lifting weights and want to maximize performance, you'll need more carbs. For cardio, and days off, you need less.

I guess I cycled them unintentionally by having a PWO shake on lifting days, thereby making my carb intake higher on those days.
But what I thought was interesting was the idea of having several moderate carb days coinciding with lifting days, so you are taking in way less carbs than what you are used to on a lifting day as opposed to having the lower/moderate carb days always fall on lower activity days.
I figured that your body naturally wants to adjust to whatever diet regime you are on, so anything to help keep the body guessing (i.e. the lower carbs on a workout day) and keeep it from homeostasis could be beneficial.

Again, I'd modulate it depending on the workout. For an arm workout you would not need as many carbs; for legs you would need a lot. Also modulate depending on physical activity. Other than that, honestly you are not going to make many different adaptations if you have 300 or 400 grams of carbs daily.

Cool, thanks for your patience with me.
That actually makes things easier, I can just keep doing what I am doing.
