cracking noise in my left shoulder

like the title said i got a cracking noise in my left shoulder and i can feel it to i got that went i do wide push up any idea

but it dont hurt for now at least

ive go the exact same thing...however, i was in a car accident awhile ago i just assumed it was from that. but yea it cracks also when i do cable pullovers whenever it makes the sound it kinda scares me and makes me think im doing something wrong like you said it doesnt hurt for now but who knows whatll happen later on.

generally the 'cracking' noise is trapped air escaping from the joints (like when cracking fingers) so usually nothing to worry about

mine pops when im driving with one hand but only when its relaxed and then flexes in a weird position to turn the wheel. Might just be the angle you're hitting it with.

Mine left shoulder also pops, as though it were coming out of the socket or something when I bench more than 100lbs /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif

It's really nothing?

[/ QUOTE ]mine was doing it yesterday about 30th set onwards. its usually nothing more than wear and tear, air escaping etc but if worried check form on exercise and take some joint orientated supplements.
