Sport nutrition is a constantly evolving field with literally thousands of research papers published annually. For this reason, keeping up to date with the literature is often difficult. This meta-analysis / compilation has a TON of information in it regaurding macronutrients, micronutrients and supplements. It also has tips for evaluating ergogenic aids before adding them to your program or that of your clients.
