On scheduled non-workout days, should I take the same supplements as on workout days?

PWO shake with creatine then glutamine
glutamine
chromium pic.
Multi-vit
Vit-c 3g/day
anti-oxidant
HMB 3g per time as 1g AM/noon/PM
Multi mineral
ZiMa at night
150-200 g preotein from whey protein
B-complex
BCAA's

I would take all of those on off days except the PWO shake, obviously. Definitely keep the amino acids and protein high on off days to help repair your muscles.

One thing, your vitamin c seems a little high. Are you factoring in how much comes in your multi in addition to your vitamin c pills?
