In this forum, please post any bodybuilding related scientific article - peer reviewed or internet - that you found interesting.

An example would be posting an article from JHR on post workout nutrition, http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/pwcalculator.php

And please comment on what you found interesting, and the primary implications prescribed in the article.

Please post a link and or the text in your post.

good god venom when i first read that i thought you were taking abc to another level and asking people to submit test, research they have personally done in the form of an article lol

kewl. thia will give people a chance (if they want to) to show results and actually research things properly for themselves and sumbit evidence for it instead of listening to supplement companies'opnions'

well i thought this would be an area for members to post their own research or article of perticular significance which could help other members

You can definitely post your own research here! I plan on doing that myself. And yes, we want members to post helpful articles here - including ones that you may have written.

I have a few papers I would like to post regarding ischemia and resistance exericse but they are in PDF format. Any suggestions on how I could post these?

Are they published online? If so, post the PDF link. If they are not published online, then you would have to host them on a site. I don't think we allow down loadable documents on the site at the moment; probably to avoid viruses.
