Kre-Alkalyn anyone tried this stuff?

I was reading alot about creatine and came across this stuff. Kre-Alkalyn. It is supposed to not break down to creatinine in liquid. I am comcerned with the harm to the kidneys that creatine can cause and was hoping for an alternative? currently i take a whey shake after a work out and animal pak every morning. thanks guys.

I used to take a KA mix before I worked as reccomended, but I hated the taste, had to drink it through a straw, and it gave me temporary hyperdrive bowel movements for a few hours after taking. Didn't care too much for it... ESPECIALLY for the price. Way to expensive for my blood. I'm back into CM and still on my loading phase, and so far, haven't noticed any adverse reactions.

I don't think KA is worth the price, but to each their own.

I dissagree. I take the tablet/pill of Kre-Alkalyn and find it works wonders. Immediatly I noticed gains and just an increased intenisty of workout and recovery. I don't thinks it too expensive. The stuff I am still using is $80 for 120 pills, and on workout days I take 2 in the morning 2 at evening. Non-workouts days is just 2for the day.

You might want to just try it out. I'm pretty sure you could get a pack of 40pills for around $20 and just try it for a week or something. I seriously recommoned it though. Easier than creatine because you don't have to load and its not a powder.
