Whats the best multi vitamin?

I take Centrum Strong, but a buddy on my universities wrestling team says that its not the best and its just ok... He takes just some random gnc brand multi vitamin because it has gensing in it... anyone have any personal preferences in a multi vitamin

I am completely sold on the multi-vitamin capsules. I noticed a major difference in how it affected my immune system, etc. The brand I am using is called Solaray Twice Daily Multi-Energy. It cost me about $25 for a 60 day supply.

I take a Centrum on nontraining days, and a Centrum and an Animal Pak on training days. I don't know if the Animal Pak makes a difference or not. I haven't been using it for very long. I think vitamins are one of those things you feel the absence of more than the presence.

What makes a multi a "good" multi?

If you have the money go for Animal Pak, it's hard to get used to at first but it's worth it in my opinion. If cash is tight go for a GNC Mega Man or something like that. I'll spend money on my multi and protein powder the other things are extra and if money is tight I'll give those up.
