Calcium Caseinate

Is this Calcium Caseinate another name for casein protein? And whats the difference between that and Micellar Casein? Also if anyone knows which would be better pre sleep?

Are u sure u don't mean calcium citrate dogg?

Micellar casein > calcium caseinate. Both are casein proteins but the former is of higher quality.
