Question on protein drink

I am using a post-workout drink from Southern Pharmaceuticals, called Protein Maximum. Is this okay for a post-workout drink??? I get home right away after school, but on Wednesdays we have basketball practice right after school till 5:30. Should i still drink it when i get home from practice????

i dont know about the specific brand you are taking but i use ON whey gold standard mixed with gatorade and i take it 30 minutes post workout. So i guess since yours is a post workout drink ,yes you can.
