Hey would anyone reccomend a height growth hormone that isn't too expensive for an 18 year old? I was about the tallest kid in my class to fifth grade and all of a sudden around 5'10 I just stopped growing. I was wondering if my growth was stunted by my obesity from about grades 5-12. Additionally I have lost a lot of weight, will continue to lose weight until my BF is at 23% and will continue to workout at the gym (almost all muscle building, aerobic will come with spring) and was wondering if losing weight right now would help me grow? My goal is 6 feet or if possible (I know I'm stretching it) 6'3.
Any suggestions? I Know this thread would turn on fire if it was given good suggestions, but surprisngly enough this site doesn't have too many discussions centering around height growing hormones

I think that these things shouldn't be played around with , 5'10 isn't short or tall it's average so just be satisfied . If your going to grow taller by natural that's fine (by the BTW how old are you).
but I don't recommend you using some growth hormones to reach your goal, cuz in the end all its going to do is mess you up from the inside. Be happy with what you got.

you have until you are (im almost positive about this)25 to stop growing in height. i know of two people(one who was your height right now and the same age, but is over 6 ft now) who grew alot taller after we graduated from high school and college. alot of it will depend on genetics and of course being healthy, eating right. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

a little more on eating right? also does sleeping on your back/stomach have anything to do with it?
Also thanks for the tap of patience shelly, much appreciated

Sorry...but I just have never liked/agreed with that logic! Just look at players in the NBA. Karl Malone for exmple...6'10 and has GUNS.

i know what your saying whey man but genrealisation weight for weight the smaller guy will always look bigger, just the way it is , any mass gains on someone shorter are spread out less than tall, this is why people over 6ft can weigh 16 st + yet still look thin
