Has anyone ever tried these? I bought these a few days ago and man they are huge. The label actually gives a caution: "Superior Amino 2222 Tabs are large and can be difficult to swallow." /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif I bought a pill crusher so that I could take these, but I was wondering if it will have any affect if I make them into powder? Also how much should I consume?
