I love this stuff. The chocolate flavor especially, it tastes like brownie mix. It says 1 serving is 31g on the side of the tub. I get the big tub and it has 58 servings.

Yup that is the way it is. 16 oz for me does the job. /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Yea, until I got used to cottage cheese, I would use the chocolate. It tatse bad at first and then you get used to it. I don't think it tastes as good as brownie mix, but it is a pretty good taste. I just added around 16 oz of water to my shaker and downed it.

I used to put some of the powder in a blender with some broccoli and add water. Boy, was that a mistake.

Sometimes I use less water then recommended and get it really thick, then put it in the freezer for a couple hours and eat it like ice cream.. good stuff man try it out

For some reason, I don't like any casein powder. But I can almost tolerate ON's chocolate.

I use it for pre-bed and middle of the night shake. Though, the freezing idea seems interesting.
