I always thought that all fat burning supplements were complete garbage, but lately I have been reading posts here and there that are starting to make me question. Can someone shed some light on this? Is there a weight loss supp that is alright/works?

when I used the product below, it really seemed to work for me. Don't know how safe it is though.

The only tried, tested, and true fat burner is the ECA stack. I am currently using it and it works wonders. Just make sure you use it PROPERLY, LOGICALLY and RESPONSIBLY.

You follow the hardcore diet, you will not need a fat burner.

If your diet and workout regimine is correct, then you should be losing the safe and natural amount of weight per week, I usually say about 1, maybe 2, pounds. The key is that you want to make sure you lose just the fat, and overextending your dieting can cause you to lose a lot of muscle, as well as fat. So I don't usually recommend fat burners.
But from what I've heard the ECA stack is the best. But, like said above, you MUST use it safely and properly. You are essentially stimulating your central nervous system and causing its base activity to never reach a normal resting point. It's like just taking coffee all day; a lot of people get jitters and you can feel an increased heart rate.

There´s always a compromise between safety, efficacy, and often legality. You want the easy fast way to be big and ripped? Do a 12 week deca/d-bol cycle, good PCT, and follow up with a few DNP cycles. I guarantee you'll see huge size and strength gains, and be shredded by the end.
Will your liver survive? Will you end up in jail? Get gyno? Go bald? Who knows.
Same thing goes for fatburners. All that CNS stimulation can have some serious effects on those of us that are already prone to excitotoxicity and overstimulation (ectos normally).
But if you want seriously fast results, you normally have to be willing to take some risks. If you'd rather play it safe, you can definitely get 90% of the same results by taking a lot more time and exercising a lot more discipline.
There have been tons of threads about fat burners -- don't be afraid to use the search tool to find one with a good amount of replies, and see what people report. Because I promise that posting the same question again will probably not elicit some incredible advice that hasn't already been given. Mine included.
Good luck, man. And if you find something that works great for you, give back to the board by contributing a review -- I promise people will appreciate it.
