just wondering if you gusy can really tell a difference when using creatine or not. It's been year since I have taken the stuff. Thinking about trying it out again, but I am not completely sold on the idea.

Yes. I can definately noticed a difference. More volume in a given training session.

the first time I used it, I got great results, but I really had nothing to compare the results to. I can't say one way or another if I would have or wouldn't have had the same results without the creatine.

It can be hard to attribute the differences specifically to creatine. If you really want to try and see if creatine is benefitting you I would monitor you diet, hydration, workouts, sleep, body weight etc very closely for 4 weeks prior to loading with creatine and then four 4 weeks after loading. Try to keep your diet and sleeping patterns very consistent between these both the 4 week periods. Do not introduce any other new supplements in this period.

That should help you get a better grasp whether or not creatine is contributing or not.

But is near impossible to control everything that may or may not improve performance so it can be very difficult sometimes to determine if a supplement is working on an individual basis.

I might try it out again just to see if I can tell a difference.

In your previous attempt did you perform a loading cycle? Without this phase it can be difficult to notice creatine's effects because the muscles become slowly saturated over a 2-4 week period.

yea I did do a loading cycle... but back then (this was like 6 years ago) I did over-train without adequate rest periods between doing the same muscle groups. That may be why I didnt see any benefits.

Then I lifted without it for years and had great gains anyway.. probably because I started lifting correctly haha.. and i figured creatine was a waste of money. But after those surgeries i had 2 years ago i lost all my muscle mass... so i want it back, and I think creatine will help me get there quicker.

(dunno if anyone else gets this) the extra pump and strength increase from creatine gives motivation making me push that little bit harder in the gym

I feel it with out even loading. It, along with the rest of my diet make me feel House like.... But I've noticed in between cycles that I feel tighter, and slimer... Water wieght??????

I'm the same way. The instant strength gains are insane. I feel that it put 20 pounds on my deadlift.

Creatine is one of the best supplements ever developed.

Always makes me bigger and stronger.

I never feel anything when I try creatine, and I've always done it the correct way with loading and cycling. I still have some creatine left, gonna try one last round to see if it does anything.

You could be a non-responder, try CEE or an NOxide product.

Been taking it continuously for 6 months and ALWAYS while lifting for the last 5 years. It is essential in my opinion.

i see a VERY noticeable differance using CEE as opposed to when I use Mono.
