I have heard a lot about Muscle Tech's newest products, Creakic & Leukic. I would to know how legitimate these products are. If anyone has taken or knows anyone who has taken these products, please let me know whether or not they are worth paying any closer attention to.

I tried Creakic mainly because i'm a creatine nonresponder. At the time it seemed as though it was working and I was getting strength gains from it and making progress.

Anyhow, now that I look back and that I have changed training programs, it was merely natural progression. Creatine of any sort doesn't do jack squat for me. As for someone who DOES respond to creatine... I don't know if it would work.

In any case, Muscletech has a horrible reputation for overhype and products that promise more than they deliver, or products that just plain don't do anything.

Thank you for your response. You are completely right about MuscleTech too!

creakic=garbage

Someone posted a good thread on here about how the whole thing is a sham. There is zero literature on their "reactive oxygen species" claims and that its any different than mono or CEE. try doing a search.

as per leukic. save your money and buy some bcaa supplement.

muscletech is usually garbage, but even I will admit that nitrotech tastes really good.

A fellow lifter at my gym did a cycle of these products and took them as recommended. He said they are totally ineffective.
