Just looking for some info on the joint care supplements that are available. I've read what there is about them in the FAQ section and was wondering if there was more info avaible on the site somewhere?
I've recently been having some elbow problems and am looking into taking something for my joints. From what I've seen looks like everything out there contains pretty stuff (Glucosamine, chrondroitin, MSM). Curious what brands anyone has tried and how they worked any help would be great? Thanx
