When can i take ZMA during the day?

hi, i try taking zma before bed but then when i wake up in the middle of the night i cant get back to sleep because my mind is racing.

so i cant take it at night before bed. is there any other time i could take it? like in the morning or before the gym???

As long as you take it on an empty stomach, and allow time for digestion, anytime would be effective.

funny i have the opposite if i take it im dead to the world not good 8 hours sleep after 2 litre of water /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif Never run to bathroom so fast as i do at 6:30am lol

I have heard that it's best to take ZMA before you go to sleep at night...
How true is this?
