CN Cookies and Cream

I got this last week but used it for the first time yesterday.

I would say it isn't as good with oats as the chocolate is, but tastes better in the PWO shake. I haven't had it alone yet though.

I'm very surprised how quick I got my order, about a week. Also, I don't know if it matters, but the 15 dollar shirt is a dark gray color, not red.

I agree about not being great with oats. I have a tub and use it primarily with my pwo shake. Every so often when I have a protein shake with milk, I'll use the cookies and cream. It's decent like that. The chocolate is always good, though, no matter how it's served.

Wow I like the CnC with oats in the morning. Never tried chocalot with that.. Must be Great!!!

I totally agree, not a big fan of the Cookies and Cream with oats but PWO its delicious! Chocolate goes great with everything.

just wondering, do people cook their oats before they eat them?

I just put my oats in a blender and let it go for a little bit then dump them in my shaker.

I use a coffee grinder. I usually grind up a whole tub of oats at a time. If you keep the last tub you can grind em and put em in the old tub as you go. this way, you just scoop them out when you need them. I use an old protein scoop because it's roughly one serving of oats.
