That is about what mine is. Great t food - high protein, low calorie density, and basically no fat or carbs.

I was one of those who avoided shrimp because of its perceived high cholesterol content.

I have shrimps at least once every week.
On the bag, they say there is 1g of protein per piece of shrimp !
Just have like 30-40 of them and you're good for a meal :P
