13-week diet program--Anyone want to cut with JJJ? All programs welcome

I would like to do a cut. I would like to join with you. I was thinking about doing the 13 weeks to hardcore fat burning the workout and the 13 week diet program.

the weeks I think have a typo:

Cycles 1-2 = workout one

Cycles 2-4 = workout two (should this read 3-4)
