I searched and couldn't find any threads on this. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good joint supplement?

Thanks

Champion Nutrition offers a joint support forumla called Proflex, and it contains glucosamine, MSM, and chondritin.

Yup, proflex has worked miracles for me. The results have been fantastic. Fish oil pills are great, too.

I actually tried Proflex awhile back, but quit taking it because it was expensive and required so many pills per day. Would it still be beneficial to buy it and just take less than the recommended dose so it will last longer?

if u have the time, value wise, it is much better to get it naturally. beef tendon/ligaments are pretty tasty. u get a lot more dosage than the pills, just gotta prepare it.

Half the dosage will still help; but the recommended dosage is the standard applied in studies. So half won't be optimal.

Give it about 6 weeks to start feeling some real difference with the gulcosmaine/cond.

I have found that it makes a big difference if you spread it out over the day, rather than taking three pills at one time. Also, I have been taking bioflavonoids, as well, which is supposed to help, though not to the same degree.
