i'm not hardcored dedicated. i'm not trying to be body builder. i'm just trying to put on some more size nothing crazy. i've checked out the site a few times over the years and read a lot of great articles. i eat 3 meals a day, usually cereal for breafast and whatever for lunch and dinner. i might even replace a meal or have a shake in addtion to them. ive been working a lot so my time has been limited. when i do get back into the rotation, i will hit the gym 5-7 days a week for an hour or two. nothing too crazy or intense, just normal workout that will be thorough enough for me to get good results. i have a few questions and i'm looking for suggestions and or answers. i currently take:

5g of creatine stacked with 2g of glutimin (twinlab creatine fuel stack) ive had good results with it over the years and i do not come off it for a cycle.+

175mg of milk thistle

nitrix 3g of akg

multivitamins with zinc and magnesium + all that other good stuff.

sometimes i take amino fuel, and 2g of l-lysine, 3g of l-carnatine

ripped fuel extreme for the caffine, because i am trying drop a lil fat.

so i read a lot over the years. so here are some questions.
i read that akg either conflicts with lysine or leucine beccause they fight for the same receptors. is this true?

is there any reason i should take zma instead of the multivitamins before bed? i read that calcium interferes with the absortion of zma. i personally felt like when i was taking the multivitamins before bed it was helping a lot.

should i take malto/dextrin or dextrose? do you think i will get a noticable beinfit? if so what is a decent product to buy at vitamine shoppe.

my plan is to get back into the swing of things. when i do my plan is to double up on my current suppliment intakes of creatine, milk thistle, nitrix, and multivitamins. i will take them in the morning and at night before bed. i will take the amino fuel when ever i feel like it (most likely before workouts) and drink shakes when ever i feel like it (either as a meal replacement or before bed). i stopped taking the carnatine because its expensive and the lysine beause i dont feel like swallowing more pills plus while working out i didnt notice any real benifit to taking either, so i stopped.

comments, suggestions, reccomendations, anything i should def change or should or should not do?

i personally think it works but, some people are skeptical. creatine def works. i think NO works well in conjunction with creatine especially. if youre getting results, youre obviously doing something right. so keep working hard.

I would advise on getting rid of the Nitrix and the Ripped Fuel. You can get all of the beneficial ingredients in those $40.00 + pills from a cup of green tea.

i understand why to get rid of the ripped fuel, but why the nitrix?

any update on the malt/dex? the site says its the best bang for the buck... but i can't find where to pick it up. Is it only for bulking?

no it is used in cutting and bulking. Before this site I started off with weightgainers then i went to just whey post workout. When i made the switch to malt and dext i can tell a big difference in muscle gain. My muscle gain has been much faster using the 2 simple carbohydrates. Personally since i am tight on money i use just dextrose which isn't optimal but still works well. You can find maltodextrin on this site under store, and can find Dextrose (glucose) at pretty much any living foods or natural food stoes in your area. It is just corn sugar so it isnt hard to find.
