GNC's Mega Man Multi Vitamin

Hey if anybody takes the mega man multi vitamin that GNC sells.. do you take both pills at once or like one in the morning and one at night? I've been just taking two every morning.. wondering if i've been maybe doing it all wrong this whole time? The directlys arent too specific..

I used to take 2 in the am, but now I take one in the am and one in the pm. Makes more sense methinks.

I used to take that brand of multi and I would have one in the morning and one later on. It seems more logical that way. I do the same thing for my vitamin C pills. One in the morning and one later on.

I use ON's Opti-men multi. I take one int he morning and one post workout.
