I'm currently not supplementing with them. Should I be taking them on a cut? Are they worth the 49.99 right now that I will have to dish out for them? Is capsule or powder better? If so, how much better?

I'd say they're definently worth taking on a cut to try and help minimize muscle loss. And I'd probably go with powder form just because it's cheaper.

What is the difference btween the three types Champ-Nut puts out?

The Creatine one is self explanitory, and so is the +Energy Boosters one, but what does the "Core" version mean? Anyone? /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

The core has a gram of glutamine instead of the creatine.

Haha /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I think this will be my 3rd time or so buying through the site. It's great that ABC made nice with CN on the promotional deals; although, I kinda wish there wouldn't be links to the store directly imbeded in the articles now. It's kinda cheesy :/ Oh well /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

This is off topic, but I can't help but laugh to the fact that you have the Pillsbury dough boy in your avatar on a bodybuilding site lol. /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Haha, it was my nickname during highschool. I was pretty overweight... around 5'8 190 my senior year. From there it went upwards to ~220 before I had a breakdown, and realized I needed to make some life changes. Now I'm at 5'10 and 180, although far from ideal, I've made some large changes. I could go on and on about how much I've learned from you guys here at ABC, but, it would be long and boring /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif I'll spare us both.

Next Hyperplasia challenge I'll post some pics and promise myself I'll complete the entire event. Last time I got aroudn 3 weeks in before school and work stressed me out to a breaking point.
