I have been eating a ton of egg-whites from the carton lately, but it takes forever to break them up and cook them. I found egg-whites inc online and am wondering if the gallons of pasteurized egg whites are worth the money... Are they worth the price? Do they cook just the same or is it better to just eat them raw? Any info on the pasteurized egg whites tubs would be appreciated ...
thank you in advance to anyone willing to answer my questions /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

thanks Man, I appreciate it
btw... is there a difference between the egg beaters sold at grocery stores and the product from these guys ( http://www.eggwhitesint.com/index.shtml ) and the Lana's Egg Whites???
Basically, since I dont really plan on drinking them, is it really worth it to buy the Lana's or Egg Whites Inc vs the egg beaters sold by carton???

Personal Preference:
I prefer Egg Whites in a carton (found at most groceries) over Egg Beaters (also found at most groceries).
To me, the egg beaters dont taste as good. All Egg beaters are, is Egg whites with a bunch of stuff added to try to make them seem like real eggs. They also have some with peppers added. Something about the taste and texture of these, I just can't stand, but that may just be me, so try for yourself.
Currently, for the best flavor, IMO, I mix 2 whole eggs including yolk, with 4 egg whits. This gives a much better flavor to me.
