hey guys i was just wondering you know those pills by SAN called Sherreded? are those just for shows or can you take them if you just want to get cut??

It's designed for losing water before a show. I really dont see a point to taking it at any other time. If you want to get cut, it's a matter of lowering your bodyfat, which is done through diet and exercise and effective supplementation. If you ever diet down for a show, let us know how Shredded works for you! ;-)
