View Full Version : no explode... everybody who used it read please.
No explode gives me energy... i'd describe it as it makes me super hyper for roughly 45-60 minutes soon after taking it.. I dont really know that this is that good for ME since im normally a very hyper person naturally anyways. After that surge it gives me though I get a really nasty sick feeling.. my stomach feels bad.. I get the shakes.. and I feel very weak.. does anybody else experience this? Does anybody have any suggestions to maybe eliminate this problem? I feel its because my body no longer can handle caffeine... but im no doctor.
Nitric Oxide, hmmm I beleive there's a few posts against the use of it. Never tried it but I get that same feeling lets say if I take caffeine before a work out and go hard (or insane cardio), I get the feeling of blood to my head and get dizzy and nauseas. I've noticed that if I replenish my electrolytes while i'm doing exercise it really helps, something like Gatorade helps me, and I dont usually worry about the sugar content since you should be takin some malto and dextrose PWO anyways!

Make sure you eat no more than an hour before taking it and then head to the gym as you drink it. If you're kicking your (!@#$%^&*) too hard in the gym without the proper nutrition, that could be why. MAYBE, I'm not a doctor or anything.
I personally think it's the fact that the product is horrible for you, do a search or email on of the mod's (Venom, or the Prez) they have posted many times on how N Oxide products have no benefit!

I loved this product. I wish they would use CEE rather than Mono for their creatine in the product. I got insane pumps, great focus, and good energy which is what I was looking for in a product like this. The fruit punch tastes great too.

I used it before and I like it. Wasn't so sure after reading some info I found here once upon a time about No2, but the benefits in my workouts were real.
I think I may try it again soon.
i used nox3000. i did get nice pumps.i just recently made the switch to nitrix. it seems to be about the same. i dont notice any energy boosts with either, but the pumps seem to be good. i havent worked out enough recently to compare the two, but nitrix seems to be about the same if not better.
well those are just NO supplements right? No-Explode is other things.. like caffine for example.
nox3000 is just akg. nitrix has akg and vitamin B9 (200mcg), plus about 2grams of stuff that looks like its part of the coating and also might be like a stacked version. so here we go:
CRTS2 (controlled release technology & support system), methocel (micropolymer hydrophilic ether matrix), phosphoplexx (di-calcium phosphate, di-potassium phosphate, & di-sodium phosphate), CEM3 (creatine-ethyl-ester-malate), l-citrulline, NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide).
other ingredients: magnesium stearate, steric acid (note nox300 has these listed and calcium phosphate, plus some others as well)
honestly i cant tell you the dif between the two as far as pumps go, but then again im not full blow hardcore into a good solid routine yet. but i am still having pumps, i would say give me a month and i can give you a more fair comparison, but from my person experience so far, ive had a better pump off nox3000 but i would like to contribute that to my work out and being into a routine.
I get pumped up the same if I workout without any NO or if I do.. weird huh?
i know that when first started taking it was let down. then after about a month i was impressed. it could be all in my head but i feel it is benficial.
maybe im just using it wrong.. who knows... all I know is i'll never buy it again :P

Something I thought was interesting. I was watching an interview with Terrell Owens a couple days ago. They were interviewing him in front of his locker and I recognized the new style BSN container on his shelf. I had the news on TiVo, so I watched it again and definitely saw the N, but couldn't see the rest. Looked just like the container of NOXPLODE in my kitchen. Maybe that's what he didn't overdose on.

i did use 1 tub of it, my stomach was was sore/sick after i took it, didnt buy it anymore... i think it helped me go full out because of the hype and the whole mental factor about it taht it makes you pump out more then you would normally, im sure its true, but, with me its a battle between the body and the mind.... if i can get my mind around something then my body will easily follow, which means NO helped me get my mental factor about lifting heavy weights and when its sore not to stop but keep going, i dont need it anymore /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

no explode has worked great for me i get great pumps and the focus is through the roof.
i was talking to this dude today at the gym. he said that all he takes is protein and noxplode and nitrix. he said since he takes both this pumps are crazy. i was j/w if maybe if you just doubled the amount it would be the same thing. i cant see how both of these products are that dif.

I went to get some NO Xplode today, however the guy convinced me to buy something called horse power, which is pretty much the same thing but without the caffine of NO Xplode.
He told me that the creatine and the caffine isn't good for you or something. I'll leave some feedback tomorrow after I work out.

NO supplements are a complete waste of time and money.

You've done research and acknowledged the evidence against it prior to making this decision to put something into your body, right?

Havn't taken it, or decided to take it. Just kicking around the idea. I just wasnted a concenus of what flavored people had liked.
Personally, I havn't taken it because I don't even know if I'd see results worthy of the 40 dollar a tub price tag. I mean, either way NO Xplode isn't doing the lifting -- I am.

The main reason people use NO products is to cause vasodilation, giving you a "ripped" appearance. This causes a drop in blood pressure, as well as a vasoconstriction in the head. This leads to the most common side affect of NO products: dizziness. The vasoconstriction in the brain could lead to aneurisms and even death.
The main difference between NO2 and NO-Xplode is that NO-Explode also includes creatine and caffeine. The creatine will dehydrate you, so you most increase you water intake. The caffeine will increase heart rate higher than with exercise alone, while the vasodilation is lowering blood pressure lower than usual, they are working against each other, on top of you pushing your body to limits higher than prepared for by exercise alone.

I've been using this supplement for about 1 week and a half to 2 weeks, I don't take supplements often but I tried it, and I really don't notice a whole lot, I do get a good pump, though.
the second day I used it I took two scoops rather than one, and felt extremely nausisous and dizzy for about 10 minutes after i finished my squats so I had to sit out, I haven't felt that since. I have made progress but that again might not be due to the supplement but because I'm at the gym every day.
I think the only thing that is working is the creatine in it so far.
What supplements do you guys recommend that doesn't have all this negative stuff behind it? should I just go back to creatine or finish off my tub?
Thanks

I've tried it and I'm not sure if it was a placebo effect or not, but it seemed to work. I like my money now and have found that a bottle of L-Arginine 100 caps=$6.00 bottle of creatine $12.00 (50 servings) works just as well.
I take 6 grams of L-Arginine 30 minutes prior to w.o. and mix the creatine with protein powder and MG Development's XM4. I can darn well lift beyond my expectations every time. Placebo? who knows.

The Fruit Punch flavor is great. This is a good safe product if you are already healthy.

As someone who has used this supplement for about 6 months, cycling on and off as recommended, I've found that the returns diminish quite a bit over time. At the beginning, I found the focus and energy to be fantastic. My gains in strength and endurance were noticeable. As I came to the end of the jar though, I began to find myself tiring much easier at the tail end of workouts. This may have to do with the caffeine in NO Explode, but I found that my gains also slowed down to pre-supplement levels. I'm currently off of it right now, and am probably not going to go with it again.

i didnt read any of the previous replys so sorry if i repeat anything, the problem that you are having i believe is that you body may be a little caffeine sensitive wich will cause the shakes, or maybe it makes you train a lot harder and you burn up all you fuel/energy and you get slightly weak by the of the work out you start to get the shakes.
I think the problem I was having with the no-explode is I was trying the highest recommended doses which is like 3 scoops (this also runs your supply out WICKED fast). When I took one or two scoops I didnt notice the nasty 'side effects' of the mixture. I did however notice that it still kept me up at night. We all know thats what caffine is meant to do though /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif was my own fault for working out late some days! lol
