CEE Vs Monohydrate

So which one did you feel worked best for you? I'm planning on getting some CEE soon and am curious as to what percentage of people here have found it better then mono.

Also if you have CEE could you comment on brand differences? I have used both cheap and expensive brands for mono and never saw a difference.

same, cee was lot more expensive. But worked just as well and still required the water intake of mono. I don't really retain a substantial amount of water weight with mono hydrate so that wasn't a very big factor ether.

I was using fizogen's blitzed as my cee, it gave me great pumps and worked well, just not well enough to justify the price. I got it pretty cheap at gnc when it was on sale with a gold card every once in a while. I'm off of it now and have found better alternatives.

The reason i liked CEE the most is because it was in pill form. Pills travel a lot better then powders imho. And im on the road a lot with work. But spoonful of mono with breakfast and all the other supplements isn't bad.

im using Omega Sports' brand of CEE right now. They blend caffeine in with it /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

im also interested in what people got to say about the CEE im on mono now and its got to be a habbit to take everymorning and after training but isnt CEE like one before training and thats it? or one after training? taht would be less fuss i think, but from mono i have found that it works well for me! hydration wasn't an issue, i love water so im all good

I personally dont like to spend money on anything much supplement wise so I prefer Monohydrate. Glutamine and HMB seem to be my most expensive purchases.

ghb? thats not a supp. you are thinking of hmb i think. gamma-hydroxy-methylbutrate is a date rape drug lol. Liquid G??? i doubt it haha. i could be wrong though.

Holy (!@#$%^&*), thanks for catching that, yea I meant HMB, sorry I dont normally supplement date rape drug, but i'm pretty sure it would be pricey though?

ghb has been used in the body building industry thats why i was a little mistaken. weirdly enough there is a fair ammount of studies that are pro ghb as a sleeping aid, to releave drug withdrawls (ironicly), and assorted other usefull things.

It was used for BB beacuse it raised hgh levels if im not mistaken.
