I picked up this supplement due to the recommendation of a freind. Here is the breakdownof what's in it:

Serving Size: 1 Scoop (8 Grams)
Servings Per Container: 45

Amount Per Serving:

Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl: 3g
Di-Arginine Malate: 3g
L-Taurine: 1g
Glucuronolactone: 1g

Other Ingredients:
Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Aspartame, Sucralose, and Acesulfame K.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 - 2 servings per day. Take one serving 30 minutes prior to workout, and take one serving at least 6 hours before or after the first serving.

The lemon flavor it great, it really tastes like lemonade. It seemed a bit clumpy when I scooped it out into my shaker cup but mixed quite well with the water.

Today was the start of my 5x5 workout

Felt like I had good energy througout my workout, not quite the kick that products like No-Xplode gives, but might have been a lack of motivation due to the rain and such.

I'll continue to update my evaluation of this product as time goes on. So far I like the product, tastes great, seemed to have decent energy from it, and no stomach pains from it.

Tried it again prior to workout and I'm still getting decent energy and starting to get pumps from it. So far so good with this supplement, and did I tell you how great it tastes. Reminds me of being a kid again drinking Lemonade.

Looks like a pretty good product.

I don't know how much it cost, but have you considered buying the ingrediants seperately? May save some money. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The only reason I picked it up at my local Vitamin Shoppe is that I saw a pretty good deal on it. So far I like it, but it doesn't give me the pre-workout energy that I would like to have from a preworkout product. I may add some caffeine to it at 100mg and see how it works.
