I tried searching without much success.
I am looking at Ergopharm Cell Fuel and Russian Red Creatine Actijubes as choices for my creatine supplementation.
Which of these would you recommend?
Thanks!

I dont know much about those specific brands, but personally I would just recommend a basic creatine monohydrate in powder form. I would not go with any creatine product which has added sugars etc.
The creatine on sale on this site is one such product:

as is optimum nutrition's creatine:

No one out there has used either of these products?

May I ask why you specifically are interested in these products, rather than a simple creatine monohydrate?

I like the idea and "science" behind them, and I think it might do my body and performance good to switch beyond creatine monohydrate.

Well in that case you should be aware that, of the "newer" non-monohydrate creatine products, there are no controlled, peer reviewed scientific studies done on Creatine ethyl ester and a small number on creatine serum (none which demonstrated any benefit, let alone more benfit than monohydrate). (although I do realise that none of the products you have listed are serums).
That is not to say that CEE wont prove itself, in time to be a good supplement, its just that the "science" to prove it hasnt be produced yet.
But dont get me wrong, I am not saying you shouldnt try these products, I'm just trying to make you aware of the research. What ever you do decie to use, good luck and it would be cool if you could let us know how well whatever product you choose has worked and how you felt it was different/better/worse than creatine monohydrate.

I appreciate your feedback. I do realize it is a newer concept in the creatine realm and there is limited, credible research on it so far. I plan to take it with caution and monitor my results as closely as I can (I'm no scientist /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif).

Cool. Good luck. And like I said, let us know how things go.

CEE worked for me i just couldn't justify spending that much when i i got 2.2lbs of monohydrate for 14 bucks... You pay for bleeding edge in this industry.
