Protien Powders?

Ok I have been taking Body Fortress Premium Whey Protien. It has 20 grams of protien in it. Ok now Pro Complex has 55 grams and its from Optimum Nutrition. Would it be better to take the Pro Complex Protien than the Body Fortress Protien powder?

the pro complex is a larger serving size (thats why there's 55g protein), but the relative proportion would be about the same. pro complex would only be better if you take into consideration the vitamin/mineral blend.

You need to look at the amount of protein in relation to the serving size.
