A couple weeks ago I reached out for a 5lb tub of Alpine Milk Chocolate Scitec Sci-pro. It took me up until tonight to remember what it tastes like.

It tastes like the Nestle cocoa (http://www.discountcoffee.com/nestle_marshmallow_cocoa.htm) that comes in the little packets (Hershey's is way better in my opinion /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif ). It would not mix well with a spoon. I used a shaker (mine is screen-less) with near the upper limit of water (container says use 6-8 ounces per scoop; I used **** near 8.... and made the flavor weak). In the end, its an alright mixture, a bit above average.

I have to admit that after having Champion Nutrition's chocolate no other brands that I've tried can surpass it in terms of taste/mixability.
