I never took it myself but I know alot of people that did and I never once heard that it wasn't worth getting or anything bad about it.

i've taken it myself. when i first started training eight monthes ago, it definatly hit me, my pump was insane and i felt focused. but after i bought and tried it again a few weeks ago, since i've been taking creatine and caffeine(drinking concentrated green tea) for a while, it didnt hit me like it used, i think its because ive not only increased body mass but i have grown tolerant to creatine and stinulants(caffiene), but i didnt noticed the "dialed in" mental concentration advertised. the only thing i noticed is the "Cm3" creatine is definety the best i have used and it makes you pump like crazy, and i noticed the i could twitch muscles faster. but personnaly i would save some money and get regular creatine and l-arginine, that will give you insane pumps too its the main active ingredient in all the NO2 products. Noxplod costs to much

For. I've used this in the past and loved it. Great pumps, focus and mind blowing energy.

I've tried a few arganine supps (Hypershock, Fierce). They give me headaches, although you do get a better pump.

Your money would be better spent on more calories or some really worthwhile supps. Those will do a lot more for you than NO.

ummm...i took it, but once i discovered it had glyococamine or watever it is in it, i sold the rest of my tub, didnt want to take the risk. (apparently it can stop creatine transportaton to the brain?)

It doesn't work for 1, it makes you feel like (!@#$%^&*) if you miss a day or so (like migrains). and it's unhealthy.

I just bought some... seemed to have absolutely no effect on me.. didnt get pumped up AT ALL... I am so far pretty unhappy.. though it is only the first time i've tried it... i'll keep using it and see what happens.. maybe I just need to go at the highest suggested rate..

What the hell??

I take Aminovol like 30 mins before bed, and that has NO ingredients in it as well, and I sleep fine. What are the ingredients in NO Explode?

thats because NOexplode was designed to not just be a NO product, but to be a energy booster/and keep u mentally focused.

I like it.

The first time I used it I was off the wall with energy. That was a few months ago.

I tried it again a couple of weeks ago and it definately picks me up when I am a little less energetic or unmotivated. It also helps me to focus, and "dial in". I am naturally unmotivated, and this product helped.

I wouldn't be too concerned with the NO in NO-explode because it is not really an NO product. It does contain some, but it is primarily an energy powder, and not an NO product.
