so i just started taking creatine and i have it with my first meal, than 2 hours later i take it again for my PWO, than im guessing 3-4 hours later i take another dosage, than another 3-4 hours later my last dosage
thats how you do it for loading phase right? and for 5 days straight?

That's pretty much correct for the loading phase. Make sur eyour creatine is a high quality monohydrate. And I would recommend taking it with a spoon then washing it down with a glass of water.

do i have to consume after meals? or can i jsut consume it

i've read on this site somewhere that its better to take it before a meal because it takes advantage of the creatine in the food source and i guess gets into the system quicker

but nothing wrong with just consuming it, i dont get off creatine so i only went through 1 loading phase, it was terrible carrying the box with me to uni every day (i have long hrs at uni) and didnt want to miss out on intaking creatine during the day /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif but yeah now i just hit 3 times a day (15g) every 3 weeks or so, which reminds me thats this week...

i've already had my first dosage, would it be cool to have another one before training and then one after training or should i split it up this way ... one this morning, one after training and one later on at night (3-4 hrs after training) ... i've been doing the second one, might give it a try before and after training
