Now i just bought TwinLab Gainers Fuel 2500 couple of days ago and i noticed something strange in the directions.
[ QUOTE ]
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving daily in addition to regular meals. Add 3 scoops ( scoops included ) of Gainers Fuel 2500 to 3 cups ( 24 fl. oz. ) of low fat milk, or 16 fl. oz. water. Stir and Serve. Gainers Fuel may also be added to a blender with ice for a delicious, thick and frosty milkshake. For best results, combine with resistance exercise or weight training to promote lean anabolic weight gain.

is it possible that you have the wrong scooper? how many grams is a serving for the gainers fuel powder, is it equal to 3x the amount the scoup is?

I guess I don't understand what you mean. Almost any protein shake is going to taste like the powder it is made from, not like the milk or water... Milk is going to reflect the flavor of anything put into it.

Sorry i didn't explain myseslf clearly.I added 3 scoops of Gainers Full which is alot to 3 cups of Milk then i decided to use the blender when it was done it didn't taste like milk it felt like i was eating powder it was real thick. I have used protein shakes before and i never had problems with it. In your opinion don't you think 3 scoops to 3 cups of milk is alot? It literally filled up my blender lol

OK, I understand. I would think 3 cups should be plenty, especially if you blended it. The directions even say so... I dont know, maybe add 3 cups of milk and some extra water to thin it a bit more.

I will try adding some water to the shake. Or maybe i have to add more milk? This is the most trouble ive ever had with a protein shake lol
Why was my post deleted?! Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. I was just helping the guy out!!!

What is ridiculous is acting in an unprofessional manner toward professionals in the field of exercise science who work daily to provide a scientific body of knowledge at a great cost to themselves.
I checked the admin logs, and also asked the moderators, and no post here has been deleted.
Please refrain from outbursts on the boards in the future. It detracts from the hard work it takes from both other members, administrators, and writters to make this site a more proficient place to analyze subjects related to muscular hypertrophy and sports performance

And to add on what the President said, in the future, if you believe your post has been deleted, and want to know why - PM a moderator in stead of doing it publically on the forums.

How is asking where my post went "ridiculous" and an "outburst?" I know it was deleted; I saw it after I submitted it, and others would confirm this also.

Every single moderator has been asked about this, and non of them deleted it. Non of us have any idea what you even said. It was either a forum error, or you deleted it by accident.
Your post came about in a way that was saying our actions were rediculous, when we did not even doing anything. That is rude; even if your post was deleted (which it was not by any of us). If you have a problem with any post, in the future, politely ask through email.
And I don't want this discussed anymore in this thread, because it is detracting from the point of this topic. If you would like to discuss it further then feel free to write an email to any of us.

You probably don't want to consume the full-serving-size shake ever. 256g of sugar and 480g of carbs from dextrose and maltodextrin will produce an overwhelming insulin spike. And you don't need 2000+ calories in one sitting.
As for you're question, try using more liquid, or trying using 3 cups of water instead of the 3 cups of milk.

NJI went on the FTP and checked all 6 admin logs. No one deleted anything.
We have the capacity to see every click that is made on this site. You have my word; no one deleted anything in this thread.
What we are referring to is being accused publicly when our intentions have never been anything but good. It is extremely disrespectful to not at least grant us the courtesy of a private conversation first.
Furthermore none of us care about members discussing Twinlab products. /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif I use several of their vitamins myself. They're a reputable brand.

That is a ridiculous ammount of Calories, Carbs, and sugar.... I can not even imagine that anyone could metabolize that ammount of calories and carbs in one serving. Seems a waste to me, but I am no expert. The 900 calorie weight gainers taken once or twice a day ussually can help even the skiniest of the hard gainers.
If you where to take this, I would split the 1 serving up into 2 1/2 servings throughout the day, and even that seems extreme to me.

Don't sweat it too much, we have all wasted money on something to try in this sport I think, some supplement or nutrition product.
Also, it is not really a waste if you split the servings up to make it more like the other weight gainers on the market, the 900 calorie ones.
