hey guys,
i'm fro australia, and theres this new creatine out here.....they claim to have made a process to make creatine 1250 times more absorbent than micronized creatine....
what do u think.....is it possible or just a scam??
take a look: http://www.asn-nutrition.com/nanocreatine.htm
that explains it all......
oh and if anyone has taken it how did u find it??

That sounds awesome!
Just when I thought I tried EVERY creatine out there and figured I am a creatine nonresponder, this new one comes out. Well, at 80 bucks a bottle, I find it expensive. But i'll wait a while to see if it drops in price, and then i'll test it out. Although, if this creakic i'm taking right now doesn't work, I doubt any other creatine will either... nano or not.

Sounds excellent, and I wouldn't be surprised if it works excellent too. I think this supplement is based on something, contrary to many other supplements which give promises with no bases. Surprisingly, its not only about creatine, they seem to apply it to glutamine and whey too.
The NANO technology they use is not just a hype, they seem to expect very much from it, not only in biotechnology, but in various other fields too.

i suppose the real question here is: is it worth the extra money.....compared to say prolab's creatine?

The answer actually depends on if it does what it promises or not, if it -hopefully- does, I'd say yes, it is worth extra money as long as your budget allows, but I wouldn't take from another supp like glutamine or something to put it into a this creatine.
EDIT: I found this thread through google, two guys posted their -positive- reviews in it. Here is the link if you'd like to check it out: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/archive/index.php/t-130665.html
