Simple question, what is better the liqiud form or the pill form?
In my opinion liquid is far more cost effective than the pill form. You should also consider the actual seeds and grind them for extra fiber and beneficial lignans.

Yes the liquid is certainly more cost effective in terms of grams per dollar. However you need to be careful to keep it sealed and refrigerated after opening. It can go off very quickly.

Can someone tell me the difference between these two oils, I know one says with ligians and without, but what does that mean?

Also, as far as maltodextrin goes, would this be ok to use for it? I know it says maltodextrin in the ingredients, but don't know if this is what I need to use?

Whole flax seed is not very digestible so you wont be getting the omega-3 benefits. You would need to grind them up or just buy milled seed.
