Making ZMA

When making your own ZMA how close do you have to be to the recommended mg's? I found Mag at 500mg, Zinc at 25 mg, and B-6 at 50mg. I could quarter the B-6 to make it 12.5mg, but am I O.K. on the mag and zinc?

yeah, i take 500mg of mag and 50mg of zinc each night cuz thats the closest i found.

I use 500 mag, 30 zinc, and my b6 is 100, so I cut it into quarters.
