Animal Pak

I myself have just started using AnimalPak MultiVitamins. I've heard good thing about it from a couple of poeple.

Just curious what your thought and takes are on this multivitamin suppliment?

a group of lads at gym who are into york style powerlifting take nothing but animal pak supplements they swear by them...

I think one of the guys I work with takes animal pak (I'm not sure what it is)? And he loves it. He says he gets nice pumps from out of nowhere.

Like I said bwfore, I THINK they are animal pak, I'm not sure.

I take them every once in awhile. Even got used to the huge tablets.. But now Im keeping Centrum. Cheaper..
