100 calories...25 g protein

Ingredients:
67.4% Pure deionized water, 31.5% Actinase [patent pending blend of enzymatically hydrolyzed ( predigested) collagenic protein isolate, whey protein isolate and casein protein isolate], les than 2.0% of malic acid, Vitamins [ascorbic acid ©, niacin (B3), panthothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), riboflavin (B2), thiamin (B1), folic acid, biotin and cobalamin (B12)], natural flavors, acesulfame-potassium, sucralose, blue 1 and red 40.

I got the Blue Raspberry flavor. Man it tastes so good. I just wish there was more of it. But at the same time, it's so nice if you don't feel like getting bloated. And I think it's so cool it comes in those cool little vials. They're especially cool if you're on the go. So handy...so good...must...have...more...

That said, it has casein protein, so it's not good for PWO.

Doesn't protein that sits in water for too long, like in the vials, degrade? I remember Jake saying something about it a while ago
