Hello everyone !

Ive actually just started using a multivitamins complex. Universal AnimalPak to be more precise. And ive heard some people talking about multivitamins at the gym and after joining the group they came to the conclusion that multivitamins like AnimalPak are not so useful since our body as a very hard time digesting it. Something like our metabolism not been able to desintegrate the caplets corectly, because the doses are too concentrated and because some ingrediants are not "userfriendly" because were not use to eat them, and thus far not been able to absorb all those vitamins.

Are they right ? I dont know...but those things they said...did make sense and got me wondering if it would be a good idea to crush my caplets into a powder like form with a mortar and pestle and then take them with a tablespoon of water.

Thanks for your help

PS: Again, please forvige my english. Im french canadian

Not all the vitamins are absorbed, and it is still best to get your minerals and vitamins through foods, yet multivitamins do help.

I don't know much about AnimalPak other than that's a lot of pills!! I take Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition.

And yes, not all the vitamins or minerals or extras or digested by the body. If you look on the bottle, some of the ingredients are at 400 or 500% or more of the daily recommended values! This is why your urine is so electric yellow after consumption.
