I use muslce tech whey, and it isn't bad at all. Per serving it has 20 grams protein and it tastes great. However for the price you'll pay for it, I would try Champion or ON. I heard good things about both and I'm going to get one of the other on Tuesday.
Well i went out and talked to the nutritionist today aswell as some guys at the gym i know, and they all said it was a good suppliment, so i went out and got the vanilla and it tastes great but lets just hope it works as good as it tastes.
and also with this how much water should be consumed a day? im drinking a minimum of 3L (1 gallon) a day.

I've never liked any MuscleTech products. I tried Nitro-Tech for a while and it had an odd adverse affect on my normal bowel movements.
I feel like there are a lot of un-necissary ingredients in Nitro-Tech and think it's not as high quality of a protein as you should look for. All the ingredients are:

Take Champion Nutrition's whey, for example:

s lot of those ingredients sre not bad, but they add as much stuff as possible to make it sound cool, so they can charge a lot more.

I have to agree with you on that. It makes it sound more processed and artificial yet really expensive.
