I was searching GNC's website, since I need to get some more supps at the tsrat of the month (don't have a credit card so I can't order anything off the web). I just needed some feedback on some of the supps.

for Maltodextrin this is all they have when I search it

http://www.gnc.com/searchHandler/index.j...amp;y=0&x=0 (http://www.gnc.com/searchHandler/index.jsp?searchId=5714136629&change_search=produc ts&keywords=Maltodextrin&y=0&x=0)

Is this what I need?

When I search for Dextrose I get this

http://www.gnc.com/searchHandler/index.j...amp;y=0&x=0 (http://www.gnc.com/searchHandler/index.jsp?searchId=5714140200&change_search=produc ts&keywords=Dextrose&y=0&x=0)

Is this correct?

For glutamine, are there any downfalls to taking it in pill form versus the powder?

This is what they have for flax, which one is best?

http://www.gnc.com/family/index.jsp?categoryId=2109068&cp=2167069.2108495

I was also wondering if anyone knew what this did. http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?pro...rentPage=family (http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133280&cp=2167077.2108326.210 2396&parentPage=family)

Maybe not that one in particular, but something like it. I don't think I am getting enough testosterone for the simple fact that most of my bf is on my chest and my love handles (hips) Would these help or are they just a waste of money or should I have my doctor check that out?

Finally, are there any supps that I forgot the add beside chromium (already have it). Thanks.

I'd recommend you get your supplements from Optimum Nutrition or Champion Nutrition for two reasons:
1) GNC is overpriced
2) I've been using GNC pro performance whey protein and only two days ago my relative showed me that 1 scoop contains 23% (from DV) cholestrol compared to 12% in chamion whey so I stopped taking GNC supplements, I mean, its overpriced AND low quality.

Well its my bad I didn't look carefully on the nutrition facts.

Anyway, no, those are not the malto and dext you need, I don't think GNC has any of these because I remember asking there once.

Considering that T-Bomb I'd say stay away from anything that acts on testosterone or GH levels. Only ZMA is a safe enough natural testosterone booster.

Considering glutamine, its doesn't matter pill or powder form, but powder form is VERY VERY cost effective compared to pills (same for creatine and HMB)

I think you might add some aminos, the best is Champion Nutrition Amino Acid Shooter (you can get it from ABC store, there are summer sales too), or 2222, 2250, they are OK.

You might also want to get creatine. I prefer monohydrate because its the only type proved safe from various studies. Any creatine mono brand is OK as long as it has the "creapure" label on it.

Also a BASIC would be a whey protein powder, the best two qualites are CN and ON. ABC store has two new flavours on CN whey so if you live in USA you are lucky.

Thanks word. I'll have to check out a couple of other stores by where I live. I would love to get my supps from the ABC store, but one I don't hvae a credit card since I'm only 17 and two, I could get a pre paid credit card and try that, but if the supps arrived on a day I worked, my mom would find them before me and she doesn't want me to take them

I tried creatine before and hated it. It made me very irritable and just felt like crap so I don't think I will be taking that.

Right now I have muscletech whey, but only have a few scoops left and I was planning on getting Champion since I heard good things about it.

Also, is there an article here that says what an amino acid shooter is because I see a lot of people talking about them, but I have no idea what they are.

I'll also look into the ZMA, but is it really essential because if it isn't then I'll just stay away from it?

<font color="red"> hehe, yeah, I have the same two problems, I get mine from a local store here since I don't have a credit too, and my whole family is against supplements and hardcore bodybuilding in general. </font>

<font color="red"> There is a chance you are a non-responder, but those symptoms (from what I heard) are due to dehydration because creatine supplementation needs additional water intake. I once read a review on creatine "This stuff is crap, nothing but cramps, etc..." then after a couple of days the same guy wrote "I want to correct my first review about creatine because I neglected the additional water intake recommendation, now that I take more water I feel better taking it". So what I am saying, when you feel like it, get a small tub and give it one more shot and drink LOTS of water.

<font color="red"> Thats good because I've heard alot of bad stuff about muscletech, so yeah, go for Champion </font>

<font color="red">Here ya go: Amino Acid Shooter (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/aminoacidshooterindex.php) </font>

<font color="red"> Uhmmm, Actually its not "ESSENTIAL", I mean, you can do without it, but its not at all that kinda stuff you wanna stay away from. I mean, if you can afford it, go for it without a doubt. The mods here recommend it. Read this to help you more on deciding: Supplement Review ZMA and How it Works (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/zman.php) </font>

EDIT: Forgot to tell you, if you got a solid diet and workout and can afford adding HMB, it will be great. Many studies showed how fascinating this supplement is.
