Hey need help

I am only 15 new to all of this.. i need to find what is the best protein i can use and what is a good Creatine i could use or should i be using creatine? b/c of my age ... sry if i posted in the wrong area

But first, I would analze your diet before purchasing a bunch of supplements. Most likely, I would just start with a bucket of whey protein, and some basic vitamins (i.e. a mult-vitamin and vitamin C). And just focus on your diet at first. Then, you can add the other supplements in like creatine later.

The reason for this, is that supplements like creatine are not going to work, unless you have a solid diet in place.

So I would advise posting your diet, and goals in the nutrition section for a critique.

You might want to purchase a small amouint to make sure you like the taste before you purchase a larger amount. 5 lbs will last you for a while.
