just wondering if anyone had more information on it. I know its a fairly new product but has anyone used it and seen results from it?

Thanks,

I tried it a while ago because I was curious and thought the pills would be convenient (I was using creatine monohydrate powder previously). And to tell the truth, I wasn't really impressed. In fact, I didn't notice a difference between stopping mono and starting Kre-Alkalyn.

We at ABC support Creatine Monohydrate because of the wealth of studies conducted that deal with it. Since Kre-Alkalyn is no where near as old as Monohydrate, it will be some time before studies are done to see its positives and negatives. Until then, we like to recommend Monohydrate because we know that it is safe and effective.

i have used this but sadly even though serving is ment to be half size i had to use double to get same results as with mono so gram for gram for me they were even but price wise mono wins hands down

I tried Kre-Alkalyn in capsul format in the Morphoplex Xtreme supplements. It didn't do anything. Needless to say, none of the other Morphoplex supplements did anything for me either...

I honestly don't remember the dosage.

But I would be weary to think that Kre-Alkalyn is making your arms bigger(aside from a pump) because creatine indirectly makes you bigger by aiding you in the gym. Whereas steroids directly make you bigger.

i know this is now off topic, but my arms have been really stiff for the past 2 days and it hurts to extend them or to contract my arms... i cant even put my arm behind my head to strech my triceps

and i thought creatine also made you store more water in you muscles
