Green Tea Extract Pills

Just recently started taking these. One pill is equal to 2-3 cups of green tea. I take about 10-15 pills per day. Can't really notice anything exept I feel kind of warm on the skin. I suppose its my metab. I don't mind it I know its working. I will continue to take these. Don't know if they help with hunger or energy in the gym. I can't tell. As far as the health benefits of green tea, these are great to take.

Buck- how did you figure to take between 10-15 daily? Is this based off any calculation?

No, I try to take two with every meal. I may skip a meal also. Its just according to if I remember to take them or not. I'll take 2 with meals 1,2,PWO,4,5 and then I might take two with my last meal. usually I won't. Then sometimes I may take 3 or 4 before a workout.

You sure?

Most that say caffeine free, actually have a small amount of caffeine (20-30 mg).

I would be cautious off the caffeine content, if it does have the typical small amount of caffeine.
